  2. HappyHag says:

    All of them.

Should I work on all Bates methods,, or choose only one?

  4. dulosforchrist says:

Perfect eyes is one combination of herbs.
You need to take a multivitamin plus stay away from chemicals or your eyes won’t heal as quick.
because of your age you will have to exercise your eyes.
A friend of mine 57 years old repaired his eyes but it took him several months needs no glasses today.
Because of your age you will have to take super trio.
email me for the rest of the story.

  5. Juands10 says:

WOW. What type of vitamins or herbs? I’m guessing vitamin A? Is there a point where it is too late to heal the eyes because I have been wearing contacts since i was ten and now i am 20.

  6. dulosforchrist says:

The people I know were either far or near sited.
When you take vitamins for your eyes it feeds them.
It takes 7 months to replace the cells in the body.
Keep chemicals away from the body while to heal oneself.

One has to take nutrients to feed those cells.

My 6 year old daughter was given herbs for 3 months corrected her astigmatism.
Her eye doctor said he had never seen anybodies eyes heal themselves.
But he never asked how either.
She is 22 today and has no need of glasses.
    Her glasses were embarrassingly thick.

  8. Juands10 says:

really? tell me more. how poor was their vision> did any have estigmatism?

  9. dulosforchrist says:

I have friends using an exercising method and herbs to heal there eyes.
    Several don’t wear glasses now.

The point about Bates is not to give yourself a hard time. It’s really not a matter for belief, but for experiment and experience. Do babies learn to walk by looking at the adults around them and trying to believe they can do what adults do? I rather think they just get on with it, and if one attempt doesn’t work, they try a different one.

  11. Juands10 says:

i’m having a hard time believeing the bates method will help with my eyesight

  12. HappyHag says:

You mean diplopia? Seeing two images? Do a lot of palming and relaxing your mind. If you still get double vision, you can practise seeing best where you are looking with only one eye at a time, keeping the other one covered. You can practise with a Brock string to address the double vision, but be careful not to put pressure on yourself while practising – close your eyes often and take deep breaths and imagine the result you want, without pressure.

  13. Rahviel80 says:

What if i get dilophia when looking at smoler objects in front of me? Do you have some exercise to streghten or correct central fixation?

  14. HappyHag says:

Yes, the idea of shifting is to shift your attention from one point to another. Whether you get strain or not depends on whether you put effort into doing this by trying to make your eyes do something, as opposed to releasing control of the eyes and focusing on your actual attention.

  15. furyofnasa says:

Okay well, is the whole idea of this to concentrate at something then move your concentration to somewhere else? Won’t this cause any strain or anything? I trust you, but I’m just curious =P

  16. HappyHag says:

Oh, does it make more sense to try to improve your vision by not looking at stuff, then? Or are you issuing a blanket denial of any possibility of improving vision?

  17. signa1detection says:

Whaaaat???? This doesn’t make any kind of sense! “Improve your vision by looking at stuff!” Rubbish.

  18. HappyHag says:

Criss Evans hypnotising someone – is that the one you mean? I would like to point out the Bates does use this state – he talks many times about taking yourself back to a time when you felt good, while palming. You can hear me talking about it in my video on palming, in fact. So I’m glad he agrees with Norbekov on this!

  19. grademarin says:

All exercises are done in this state only. It took me some practice to get into that state, but in my opinion this is the key, big time. Once I start looking at blurry test lines In this state, flashes of good vision come consistently, better and longer each time. Emotion is the key, the key is all over the place, but most don’t get it. Look carefully what he say to her here at 0:56 and after: youtubeURL /watch?v=ovR0V2EwCpQ

  20. grademarin says:

I might translate his work once my sight is fully restored, but most people are sceptical about such things unless they experienced them first hand. The key difference about two systems is a positive emotional state worked up to extreme, up to the shivers on the back, up to hair trying to raise up. Imagine the best of the best in your life and go through the emotion.

  21. HappyHag says:

I am interested in what you say, but after trying to read Norbekov through an online translator (hilarious!) I give up. If this guy is so good, why has he not apparently been translated and published in English???

  22. grademarin says:

Bates method puts one on the right track, but there are more efficient ways to improve vision. Norbekov system is more efficient, especially for real bad cases. bates helped me to stop deterioration, norbekov helped me to pull from -8.5 to -2.5 and improving.

  23. HappyHag says:

If you can read the screen without glasses, leave them off. What you then have to do is avoid strain and avoid keeping your focus fixed for long periods. You can swing the details on the computer screen – move the cursor from side to side, and as you follow it, imagine the details moving in the opposite direction behind it. Also close your eyes to rest them at intervals, and look at distant objects. Stay aware of the room around you rather than fixating on the screen.

  24. astorm83 says:

The bates method is a facinating idea. I know someone who has had quite a bit of success and I’ve decided to start now because I’m 20 years younger.
Question: Do you have any tips for computer work? I use them a lot for research and would like to avoid making my eyes worse. I can just read the screen without glasses, should I leave them off?
This is a great explanation. Very clear. :)

That sounds really good! If you want to share experiences with others, you could join the Bates Yahoo Group.
