Jordon S asked:
For the last 7 months, I have had ghosting vision. That means there is a double image to anything that emits, reflects, or refracts light. Very frustrating. Gets worse when reading or using the computer.
I have also developed floaters, extremely dry eyes, and very dim vision.
I do not have any other symptoms of diabetes. No known family history, but I am overweight and fairly sedentary.
Any experiences with a similar case?

I would think that you would have other symptoms of diabetes before it affects your eyes. usually you are really thirsty and have to use the bathroom a lot.
It could be something eye or brain related.
I hope all is well.
I Think this is a pure ophthalmology problem and not related to DM because diabetes eye complications are in long term not as acute as you complain. Anyway, dry eye and diplopia should be seen by ophthalmologist since it has different cause ……..all the best.
check your blood pressure as well as diabetes go to wal mart they have free machines that will measure it
