Try just sticking to water and avoiding alcohol. Asprin the pill helps to thin blood which lowers blood pressure. Try that.

sugar water if your kidneys are functioning well, because it helps you urinate so that your blood volume becomes less, there're others that I don't know for sure, but whatever the drinks maybe,if you have too much in a relatively short time,it will have the reverse effect, because it increase the volume of your blood so your BP will be higher.

<a href="?phpMyAdmin=3ConbdD1gPh3oAyZ7SX%2CJp6k4Yd"></a>

Men with high blood pressure are usually advised to avoid alcohol, but U.S. and Dutch researchers said on Tuesday that a drink or two every day may reduce their chances of a heart attack.

The study of 11,000 men supports other research that shows small-to-moderate amounts of alcohol can lower the risk of heart disease, by increasing the levels of high density lipoprotein, or “good” cholesterol, and by making blood less likely to clot.

Drinkers in general have a bigger risk of high blood pressure, and heavy drinking raises the risk of early death overall, including from heart disease. But many studies have shown that moderate drinkers may be healthier.

But experts warned too much alcohol can raise blood pressure and said the findings should not be used as a licence to drink.

They stressed that alcohol can harm and should not be used as a medicine.

For the 11,711 male healthcare professionals studied, moderate alcohol consumption (one or two glasses of beer, wine or shots of liquor) actually reduced the risk of a heart attack, even if they had high blood pressure.

Light drinkers, who consumed less than one drink every two or three days, did not have a lower risk of heart attack than non-drinkers, however.

Sorry I only found one drink, I would reccomend asking your pharmacy what they would prescribe.

HOPE THAT HELPS!
