i am a guy asked:
Well, I had my last follow-up today and I thought everything was good with my contacts and the OD released my precription to me. But when I got home, I had noticed that my right eye was slightly not as clear as my left eye when I had my contacts on. Will I be able to ask the eye doctor to check this problem out without charging a fee?

Every office and doctor has their own policy, however, just and FYI one eye usually sees a little bit better than the other….its called our dominant eye…I compare it to our hands…we have 2 but one will always do a better job then the other.
There should not be an extra fee if you call to schedule a contact lense check very soon. The only reason they would charge you is if you wait too long… at least that is how my office works.
Just give the office a call and ask them point blank. They should be able to give you an answer, which should be no charge.
Hope this helps!
I might do it for no-charge if it was SOON after you left. Just don’t be one of those people who comes back six months later and wants to be seen for free because their contacts “aren’t quite right” and have been “just too busy” to get in. Those people always get charged (and usually throw a hissy fit about it).
